Consultation Options

For those interested in exploring the bigger picture of mood, metabolism, and resilience, I offer functional and metabolic psychiatry one time consultations:

• National consults (outside Massachusetts): These are not patient relationships, but consultant services. We look at your overall biopsychosocial context (via a functional / metabolic lens), and I provide a written consultation with recommendations and rationales for you and your provider. I also help connect you with appropriate support in your state if I do not hold a license there. Fee: $450 cash only.

• Massachusetts consults: If you are in Massachusetts, where I hold practice, you may choose a one‑time second‑opinion consultation. I offer an insurance/cash hybrid model. Fee: $250 if you use insurance (and I am in‑network), or $450 cash if preferred with no insurance. This option includes the same perks as above where appropriate — a comprehensive review, written recommendations, and coordination with your existing provider.
