I offer several ways to collaborate, depending on your needs and location.

1. Insurance Patients (Massachusetts)

If you are in Massachusetts and would like to use insurance:

2. Cash/Self-pay Patients (Massachusetts – Full Patient Care)

If you prefer cash pay and would like to sign on as a full patient:

  • Intake: $350

  • Follow‑ups: $200 each

  • Package options to offset price will be discussed at intake.

3. Massachusetts One‑Time Consultations (Hybrid Model)

If you are in Massachusetts and prefer a one‑time second‑opinion consultation:

  • Fee: Additional $200 with insurance (if I am in‑network) or $450 Self pay if preferred.

  • We review your big picture (biopsychosocial, metabolic, taper strategy) and I provide a written consultation with recommendations and rationales for you and your provider.

  • Sign up and schedule onine and establish/check insurance coverage via Headway button above

4. National One‑Time Consultations (Outside Massachusetts)

For those outside Massachusetts:

  • These are consultant services, not patient relationships.

  • We review your big picture (biopsychosocial, metabolic, taper strategy) and I provide a written consultation with recommendations and rationales for you and your provider.

  • I also help connect you with appropriate support in your state if I do not hold a license there.

  • Fee: $450 Self pay only.
