I want to thank you all for your patience and support as our practice grows. We’ve made a lot of updates recently, and I’m committed to creating a smooth, pleasant, and efficient experience for you. Here are the most important updates:

 

🔑 Communication

  • Patient Portal ONLY: Please send all messages about your care (refills, clarifications, concerns) through the patient portal. LINK

  • No Email: Emails get lost and will not be monitored for patient care.

  • Insurance Patients (Headway): Billing is handled through Headway, but all communication must still go through the patient portal not headway portal.

 

📂 Uploading Records

  • Please upload medical records, labs, and reports directly into the patient portal.

  • The portal link is included below for easy access.

 

📅 Scheduling

  • Use NexHealth for all scheduling.

  • You can self-schedule with one click—no extra sign-ins required.

  • To cancel, simply send me a message through the portal.

 

🌱 Growth & Referrals

  • As a one-woman practice, I’m beginning to limit new patients.

  • Current patient referrals will receive priority over new referrals.

  • I’m onboarding staff and investing in high-end software to keep improving your experience—thank you for bearing with me as we build something special together!
