Optimum wellness is not a short term goal, it's not a 6 week program and it is NOT A DIET. I strive for optimal wellness here at BW. There are many facets of wellness and health. I use nutrition as a base, but it is so much deeper than just what you eat. Its is what, how and when you eat. It is how you think. It is how you sleep. It is how you move. It is even how you stand. Wellness is how you relate to other people and the world around you. It is about embracing discomfort and seeking adventure.
